Ted's 2007 Pebble Tec Charity Golf Tournament was a rousing success. The Oct. 22 event played out under powder blue skies at the Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale. The competition was spirited and our patrons gave generously to the cause. Thank you to all of our hard-working volunteers, without whom we'd have been lost putting this massive undertaking together.

Last year’s Pebble Tec charity tourney was also a huge success. We had a great time and, best of all, raised enough money for A Stepping Stone Foundation to fund 20 families in its classrooms for the entire year. (In three years, we've been able to raise about $150,000 for A Stepping Stone.)

A Stepping Stone makes a big impact on many lives as it helps children prepare for their elementary school experiences. There is fantastic parent-child interaction in the classrooms. With the English as a Second Language classes, GED programs and parenting-skills training that the Moms and Dads enjoy, A Stepping Stone is able to educate two generations at once.

We’ve seen the program work for many families and have heard many wonderful success stories. With your support at the Pebble Tec Charity Golf Tournament, the caring, generous, capable folks at A Stepping Stone will be able to touch many more lives in 2008.
